A room that's amazingly warm in the day time and drafty at night; Xingqiu can hear all sorts of things at night. There is a place to hang clothes, a shelf, and drawers at the head of the bed. The bed is surprisingly comfortable given the situation. Above the head of the bed hangs the portrait of some kind of weird blue bird. It was unsettling at first but also something to quickly get used to. Xingqiu has a few books scattered about the room and he is notably disorganized.
After ignoring J's network post, Xingqiu belongings tend to get moved around and thrown all over his room. He also finds blue feathers on his bed. Ew.
INVENTORY
ೀ HYDRO VISION
A Liyue Hydro Vision, typically worn with the backside facing outward and pinned to his clothes about his left hip. A tassel made of amber which matches his eyes hangs from his Vision.
ೀ WATCH
Like a smartwatch (?). The Watch (yes, capital w) cannot be removed. The Watch can also project images onto flat surfaces (such as the wall) in case a bigger "screen" is desired, or to create a keyboard for texting. Watches are how characters connect to the network, call each other, text, take pictures, etc.
Xingqiu has taken the time to customize his watch because why not? Xingqiu's Watch has bunny wallpaper and uses the following ringtone for calls. His Watch has a set of bunny emoji that he only uses for special people ♥ currently there is a total of 0 special people.

Xingqiu's love of reading has not been missed by the resort. While he will not find his new suite much to enjoy, being the lowest rank and in the basement, he has been given a gift much better than comfort and luxury. A library card. However, this library card is rather unique. It includes instructions to only use at night.
If Xingqiu does explore the library at night he will find that this library card grants him access to a private room. In this room are several tomes, dusty with age, and includes several old maps of the resort. These maps are rather strange, showing that the layout of the resort has changed drastically over the years.
The tomes are likewise interesting because they are not regular tomes. They are journals of the thoughts of former guests of the resort. These journals do not provide any real information but do suggest that the existence of the resort goes far, far back.
The library card also has a fat swan on it. This is irrelevant to anything except us thinking it's cute.

Somehow Xingqiu finds it easier yet so much more difficult to converse with someone he is familiar with. While he appreciates the doctor's concern, he would rather pull a Princess Mina than have that conversation.
Genya Shinazugawa
Genya first contacted Xingqiu through the Open Season application; Xingqiu found it amusing that their interactions began because the tall teen found him normal. What a low bar the resort has set!
Robin
Xingqiu contacted Robin first through the Open Season application; while he hasn't admitted that he is the most terrible singer in all of existence he did enlist his help in getting some lessons. Xingqiu found his words kind and warm. He is a helpful guy and that makes him super cool in Xingqiu's eyes.
